ORDER PROCESSING
Orders normally require three to four business days for fulfillment. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. During holidays, promotional periods, or severe weather, processing and delivery may take longer.
SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
Standard U.S. shipping is free and generally uses USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Delivery typically takes two to three business days after fulfillment, although carrier delays can occur. Tracking information is provided for every shipment. Additional shipping services may be offered at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are generally sent by USPS Priority Mail International or UPS expedited service for a flat shipping charge of $35 USD. Delivery typically takes 10 to 15 days after fulfillment, but customs processing or local carrier conditions may extend that time. Tracking is provided where supported by the carrier and destination.
International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and other destination-country fees. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are not controlled by Elephant Art Gallery.
